Registration

Convention Center Registration Hours:

Friday: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Sunday: 8:30 AM to 12:00 Noon

You can register at the convention door during the above hours for $10 per adult, or save money by using one of the options below to submit your registration at the reduced rate of only $8 per adult.

Friday Workshop:
We are pleased to announce that Heil Sound, lead by Bob Heil, K9EID, will be the Friday Workshop. This workshop will be held at the Seaside Convention Center. There is a 100 person limit on this workshop.

Flea Market Table Renters:
SEA-PAC Flea Market is a service to those selling or trading used ham gear.  Table renters displaying new equipment may be asked to remove it if a Commercial Exhibitor (Main Floor) objects.  NO power is available for flea market tables.

On-Line Early Early Bird Awards - deadline Feb 16, 2008
Again this year we are holding a special Early Early Bird award drawing for persons that register through this website before printed registration forms are distributed on Feb 16, 2008 . The award this year is a VX 6R Tri-Band HT. To be eligible, use any of the registration methods below to submit your registration before the Feb 16, 2008 deadline. You can either register and pay on-line, or print out the website registration form and mail it in with a check. If you mail it, just make sure that it is postmarked no later than Feb 16, 2008 .

Early Bird Awards - deadline May 15, 2008
As in past years, there is also a special Early Bird award drawing for registrations made on-line or mailed in and postmarked no later than May 15, 2008.

On-line registration and payment:
Again this year, you have the option of filling out your SEA-PAC registration form and paying on-line through this website. This also includes flea-market tables, luncheon and banquet reservations. You can pay either with PayPal, or with a credit card, and your registration will be automatically submitted. There is no extra cost for the convenience of registering and paying on-line; in-fact, it saves you the cost of a stamp. Also note that persons registering on-line by Feb 16, 2008 will be eligible for a special Early Early Bird Award drawing as explained above.

Mail-In Registration and payment:
If you prefer, you can still mail in your registration form and pay with a check. In that case, you also have the option of filling out your SEA-PAC registration form on-line using your computer, or, if you prefer, you can print out a blank form and fill it in by hand. Either way, after you have completed the form, simply enclose it in an envelope with a check and mail it to the address shown on the form.
If you want to qualify for the Early Early Bird Award drawing, be sure that your mail-in registration is postmarked no later than Feb 16, 2008.
