Seaside Convention Center is a No Smoking Facility (ORS 433.839 and 433.875).

No pets allowed in the Convention Center.

Directions from Portland

  1. Follow US-26 westbound from Portland to the Highway 101 junction.
  2. Turn right onto Highway 101 (northbound) and drive to Seaside.
  3. Turn left at Broadway (stoplight) and right on Edgewood.
  4. The Convention Center is one short block along Edgewood.
  5. Parking is available at the Convention Center or on Necanicum Drive (see Parking below for overnight rules).

Driving to Seaside

If you are taking US 26 to Seaside, be aware that heavy rains have caused buckled pavement in multiple areas along the route. The Oregon Department of Transportation has reduced speed to 5 mph in affected zones. Pay attention to posted and recommended speeds and please drive safely.

Parking in Seaside

There is parking adjacent to the Convention Center (Necanicum Drive and the public lot to the west), but overnight parking is not allowed there. Vehicles may be cited or required to move in the middle of the night.

A limited number of overnight parking permits are available for overflow vehicles that cannot be accommodated at vacation rentals or hotels. Permits are available at the Seaside Welcome Center during normal business hours for qualifying use. Note: overnight lodging must already be arranged, vehicle make/model and license plate are shared with police, and no sleeping in vehicles is allowed with an overnight permit. Permitted parking is at the Welcome Center lot.
